Hi Jess, I’m working on a small invention that involves creating a physical object, but I have no experience in writing patents, nor do I have enough knowledge of mechanical engineering to do it.
I was thinking of getting a patent attorney but I’m not sure if they could give me advice on how to actually build my project, and I don’t know anyone who could help me do it so I would eventually have to hire a mechanical engineer too. This is something I’d really like to avoid because I don’t want my idea to be stolen.
Do you have any experience in dealing with something like this? Could you give me some advice?
