Sure everybody works on files stored on a computer but what about the printed hard copy final drafts?
Registered with the US Copyright office this invention uses a high speed mechanical device and computer software to deliver hard-copy file folders to a workers desk.
The employee enters the name of the folder into the software. The software then directs the high speed machinery to open the proper door, scans the bar codes on the top of the files, picks out the correct file folder and places it on the workers tray.
When the necessary hard copy document(s) have been placed in the file folder the worker hits the return button on the software.
The machine picks up the folder from the tray and returns it to the proper file drawer.
