Hi, everyone. I’ve spent over $12,000 to a “Marketing Company” to try and get my product marketed. I signed a one year contract. Seemed like they just went through the motions for the year. They originally told me my invention had the potential toma make a million dollars! Everyone loves it but am at a standstill. Any help?

I read somewhere that a Provisional Pat. (if filed B-4 a traditional Utility Pat.) Will preclude you from (later) filing an International Patent. Does anyone know for sure?

Hi, Lucy. It is best to apply PPA and then license your innovation. PPA doesn’t take much time and it gives you one year time period to find a licensee for your innovation and persuade him to pay for your patent as he will be the beneficiary of this invention too. I hope that helps. Good luck!
